Here's my first & last experience with Unity Road Motorcycles Bristol/Bath:
Lazy service and terrible communication.
I booked my bike in for an MOT. It took them 2 weeks to tell me that my horn needed to be replaced for the bike to get the MOT. After the first week I called them on a Friday as they promised me to check the bike by then and call me [which they didn't do] but was told that they had "a busy week" and I had to wait till the end of the next week for the MOT check. When I called at the end of the second week they told me that my horn didn't work and they also hadn't done an MOT check.
When I complained about the lack of communication [I left my number but they never called] they told me to pick up my bike and then hung the phone up on me. I have never ever experienced anything like this.
Pathetic.
UPDATE:
When I picked up my bike they were friendly and didn't charge me anything. Great. At least they are not total wankers.
I then brought the bike to Bike Care in Bristol who did an MOT for the bike at the same day that I got the appointment. When I picked it up they said that the horn was working anyway and that there wasn't a problem.
So, the bottom line is still: Unity Road Motorcycles Suck
